3D Bagel Sorter
Problem:
Inspect large volumes of bagels after they have been sliced. The bagels must be sliced parallel to the top or bottom surface. If not the toppings will slide off during the automated process. The hole in the center of the bagel must be within tolerance or the topping will fall through.
Solution:
Use a 3D camera to look at a fast moving belt. If the bagels are out of tolerance then use air ejection to remove it from the product stream.
